Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due upon booking. If, for any reason you need to cancel your booking please let us know ASAP. If canceled with plenty of notice, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be offered. If a booking is canceled with 48 hours a 50% refund will be processed (minus any transaction fees). If canceling within 24 hours or less, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Limited Liability:
Terms of Use: Use of the studio and equipment is AT THE HIRER’S OWN RISK. The Hirer hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss related to their actions whilst on the premises. Hirer agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when the hirer arrived. Hirers are solely responsible for any legal infractions Hirer or members of Hirer’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, either in the studio or adjacent grounds. Hirer agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying the hirer while on the premises. Hirers are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any models the hirer engages. Hirer understands that if dangerous or negligent practices or activities are observed, we reserve the right to stop the shoot and require hirer and accompanying parties to leave immediately — HOWEVER, Studio88 assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Hirers are solely responsible for verifying that all models employed during the rental period are of appropriate legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in during the shoot. Studio88 has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the hirer’s activities but reserves the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that legal age violations are on-going. Hirer agrees that a representative of Studio88 will be present in the studio premises during all hires.
Equipment:
Studio88 agrees to provide equipment in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability to hirer’s purposes. Studio88 is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather, or emergencies. In such cases, Studio88 may refund or credit a pro-rated portion of the hirer’s payment.
Health and Safety:
Studio88 will not be held responsible for any accident or injury caused by the hirer or any member of their party whilst using the studio facilities.
Breakage and Damage:
The Hirer accepts responsibility for damages and breakages caused to studio equipment and premises (excluding wear and tear). Payment for any damage or breakages will be charged at market value and must be settled at the end of the hire period.
Insurance:
Whilst the studio is fully insured it is encouraged for all hirers to have their own insurance.
